Jared Hagaman brings over 10 years of experience in the elevator industry, combining technical expertise with a strong commitment to customer service. As the Vice President of Field Operations at Metro Elevator Waco, he leads a team dedicated to safety, efficiency, and personalized solutions.
Jared lives by the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.” His mission is clear—to provide a one-on-one personal experience for every customer. Whether it’s a construction project, maintenance, or modernization, Jared ensures that Metro Elevator delivers results that are correct, safe, and tailored to each customer’s unique needs.
His qualifications include certifications from the International Union of Elevator Constructors (IUEC) and the National Elevator Industry Educational Program (NEIEP). Jared’s welding expertise ensures the highest quality in elevator installations and repairs. His forklift certification reflects his commitment to a secure work environment, and specialized training in hoisting and rigging ensures smooth operations during elevator installations.

Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife and children, who he loves to see enjoying their activities. He’s also passionate about the outdoors and advancing his hunting skills. As a Master Mason and Shriner in Texas, he also contributes to philanthropic efforts for the Shriners Children’s Hospital Network.
