James LeCardi brings nine years of experience in the elevator industry, backed by a deep-rooted family legacy in the trade. His grandfather owned a small elevator shop, and his father dedicated 38 years as a Local 1 mechanic and foreman—instilling in James a strong work ethic and passion for the industry.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Roger Williams University, James combines technical expertise with strategic planning to manage some of New York City’s largest modernization projects. His leadership is built on a straightforward philosophy: “Do what you say you’re going to do—no excuses.” By prioritizing transparency, communication, and trust, he ensures that every project is executed with precision and integrity.
James thrives on hard work and teamwork. He takes pride in seeing the tangible results of those efforts. Outside of work, he enjoys all things sports, spending time with friends, family, and his dog, Bruce, and relaxing on the water or at the beach.
